minute booking (within 1 week or less prior
to arrival) full payment upon arrival or meeting
service in a form cash. |

As confirmation,
a deposit of 50% from the total amount must
be submitted to Bali
Desyana Wedding Bank Account or
by Credit Card (VISA or Master Card) latest
by ten (10) working days/one week after the
relevant invoice and payment instructions
have been given to the wedding client. If
a deposit is not received within this time,
the booking will be cancelled. |

Final/ balance
payment is required 30-14 days prior to arrival
(45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
or immediately if booking is made less than
30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the
case of Christmas/New Years bookings). |

In the case
of bookings made 30 days prior to arrival,
full payment is required within seven (14)
working days, or on meeting service, if less
than two (2) working days, whichever comes
first. |

Extra fee
at USD 50.00 for wedding or event fall on
Saturday, Sunday and public holiday (based
on Indonesian calendar) |

Coordination
fee will apply for wedding at villa with attendants
up to 20 pax or for out of Wedding events
such as special party

Deposits
will be refunded in full less USD 150.00,
if the reservation is cancelled 45 days or

In the event of cancellation submitted
within:
- Less than 30 days of the event, a cancellation
fee at the amount of 50% of the total
quoted price shall be applied;
- Less than 21 days of the event, a cancellation
fee at the amount of 70% of the total
quoted price shall be applied.
- Less than 14 days of the event, no refundable

issues that are not concerned in this agreement
shall be handled in due course. |

Administration
fee at USD 50.00 for documents processing
will apply for each change after the booking
has been confirmed. |
